Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited (BSE: MONARCH) announced the completion of its acquisition of GM & FE Ryan Pty Ltd, an Australia-based entity acting as trustee of the GMR Engineering Services Unit Trust, with the transaction recorded with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). As a result of the acquisition, completed on August 5, 2026, GM & FE Ryan has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Monarch, with 100% of its issued share capital transferred to the company, which was executed under a Binding Acquisition Agreement dated May 21, 2026.
